Q : How do you manage your time and schedule between your businesses and your part-time/remote employment?

Ans : The duties/tasks of my businesses can be mainly done at home / remotely. So, I am able to take more part-time remote job to advance my work skills. My personal schedule is flexible. This ensure I can timely finish work duties. 

What is your main goal in doing business? Is it for having higher competency in business / job market? Or, only for making money?

Well, it's a good question! We all need to face the real world situation which is very competitive, since we have more than billions people living in the world. So yes, I need to maintain my competency in the business/job market, to ensure I have stable incomes. That's not an uncomfortable question to me. I really like to face the reality. (^V^) 

How do you resolve challenges, such as order issues?

For example, if a customer called to enquire the order which has lost as reported by the courier, I will first to contact courier for real situations and proofs, like whether they have photos or videos to show where the parcel was last seen. Then, I will progress to check on what are the compensations that the courier can offer, if the responsibility is on them. 

However, if we are the one to be responsible for the issue, I will contact back the customer for re-delivery, or to refund the order amount. I will report the issue to the manager / I will be responsible for the lost, depends on the company policies.

Since my goal is to build up a positive relationship with customers, I personally don't mind to take the cost lost. It is simply deducted from my salary and it is my job to ensure the order can be fulfilled. 

How do you complete administrative tasks, since you have little experience in this field?

I always look up on the concept behind the story, e.g. if an enquiry is about a product/service, but I am new to the business/industry, I will firstly check on the product specifications, packages, user manuals and prices to confirm how I can use it. Then, I will understand how the users feel when they consume the product/service. Thus, I know how to sell the product/service by focusing on their strengths, and to inform customers how the short points could be resolved. I always provide more than one solutions. As a result, the enquiry can be fulfilled.

What is your education background? Could you tell me more?

Thanks for your interest on my background! I would love to share that I studied a Bachelor's degree in Physics, and a Master's degree in Physics. They were both completed in Australia. 

Does your education background influence your career?

Yes, it does. Since I studied Physics, I developed problem-solving and logical/critical-thinking skills. I am also able to analyse data, factual situations and problems to evaluate a business's development plan. Therefore, I chose to begin my career in business, although I also have a plan to continue Science research. 

Any negative experience to you in business market? How do you resolve the destructive emotions?

Yes, I had lots of negative experience throughout my employments. Although they were happened in the past, I still remember how I resolved the upsets.

For example, the team leader intentionally informed me the wrong information and this leads to my mistakes. But, the leader didn't agree it was his/her responsibility. This was really discouraging. However, I focused on the problem and learnt from the experience. I noticed that they have different mindset in working and problem-solving. Therefore, this encouraged me to build up mine. This helps me to walk through the negative emotions and to continue my attention on the tasks. 

Do you offer fixed quote for your product/service? Or, do you prefer more flexibility on the returns?

Well, monetary returns are important, but not too much ranked in my career path. I focus on the values, instead of the physical returns. In fact, you can offer me a coupon for a spa/massage/other leisure service for return to my assistance. Or, you can provide me helping hands in business competitions. This is negotiable. I don't like to have everything fixed, as I consider we are real human, not a machine.
